Perform clean installation by following the steps below:

1. Uninstall ViaCAD
2. Remove it's related folders (ViaCAD) from
a. Documents
b. C:\ProgramData\Punch!
3. Download and install the latest build from the following link:

Mac http://www.csi-concepts.com/Demo/viacad12/ViaCAD12_1588.dmg

Win http://www.csi-concepts.com/Demo/viacad12/ViaCAD12_1588.exe
