You need to define the framing / structural settings.
For example:
1. Select the wall

2. Right Click

3. Framing Properties

4. Define the desired material (in this case, concrete)

Regarding the floor, it depends of the type of floor, slab, etc (more info starts on page 243 of the user guide)

These options / changes will be reflected in the Estimator PT.
